«MUtickets» — is a ticket provider for music concerts and live events happening worldwide.

The company has been serving both individuals and businesses since 2013.

Our customers are mainly from Europe and the US. We sell tickets through Viagogo, a popular online marketplace for buying and selling event tickets https://www.viagogo.com.

We are actively looking for skilled and talented individuals to join our team as Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• buying and selling tickets online;
• analyzing the market to identify trends;
• monitoring ticket prices and availability;
• preparing reports.

Note: No phone calls to clients. All operations are conducted on the platform.

Requirements:

• previous work experience in sales, customer service, or client management;
• English (B1/ B2);
• analytical skills;
• ability to adapt quickly to job specifications and changes;
• strong team player;
• accurate and attentive to detail;
• familiarity with the Windows environment.
