Vacancy: Purchase and Logistics Manager

We are looking for Purchase and Logistics Manager who can efficiently operate all purchase and logistics tasks from all our suppliers worldwide.

Your tasks on this position:

• Communicate with our vendors worldwide;
• Work on Lead Times; Place Purchase Orders and control all supply chain;
• Daily check all orders and cargos status (usually 10 — 20 orders in work), push vendors and transportation companies employees, make other actions if necessary that things move forward;
• Prepare all necessary documentation for transportation, customs, etc.;
• Timely update all information in ERP, that other team members always have most current and actual supply information;
• Organize and control all transportations from vendors warehouse to our warehouse;

Our requirements to you on this position:

If you:

• Accurate enough to scrupulously check and compare every symbol in the documents, you are working with, account every cent of every expense and bind it to corresponding order/cargo/item;
• Disciplined enough to check on daily basis 10−20 orders/cargos and avoid any delay on any stage;
• Persistent enough to regularly push/remind other people that you still waiting info/answer/action from them, avoiding delays in supply;

And meet following «must have» requirements:

• English level, enough for email conversations (most conversations are English language via email);
• Good knowledge of order placement practice, transport logistics (air, truck, express), shipment terms, documents requirements, customs procedures of Ukraine, EU, US, Asia countries;
• 3+ years of experience on similar position;

Working conditions:

• Work in office in 10 minutes of walking from Lukyanivska underground station;
• Possible remote working sometimes if it does not affect the results;
• Salary for testing period: UAH 25 000 / month
• Expected salary after testing period: UAH 32 000 / month
