Job description
Responsible for the full crew management cycle for assigned vessels, including crew planning and recruitment, crew change coordination, travel and documentation arrangements, liaison with shipowners, agents and seafarers, maintenance of crew records and databases, and preparation of operational reports in accordance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
