Your responsibilities will be:

  • to conduct legal researches;
  • to create commercial proposals, presentations, legal letters, legal reviews;
  • to write short articles for our website;
  • to draft all kinds of legal documents;
  • to take part in the list of various projects of the company as a junior lawyer with an opportunity to grow;
  • other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • you are a student of law university (third/fourth-year) or you are a graduate of law university;
  • your academic performance is on a sufficient level (GPA starting from 75−80);
  • English language at the level of Upper Intermediate is a must;
  • you are extremely detail-oriented (very important);
  • you are generally familiar with searching for public documents online;
  • readiness to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and to react to these changes;
  • problem-solving skills, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • general interest in law and the crypto-asset industry;
  • сommitment and availability for a minimum of twenty hours per week (4 hours per one business day; or 8 hours per one business day if it is full-time employment).
