Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming queries.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (24/7 service).
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English is a must.
  • Top-notch written and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Time management skills.
  • Readiness to learn.
  • Alignment with our company’s values.

Will be considered a plus:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Schedule: 5 days per week; 10.00−18.00 / 00.00−08.00 / 16.00−00.00 / 8.00−16.00 EET. The candidate has to be ready to work with all these shifts.
