Responsibilities:

As a Privacy and Contract Law Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, contributing to various critical tasks, including:

1. Crafting legal memos and client letters based on instructions.
2. Delving into legal research, focusing on international regulations, particularly EU and US-state laws on personal data protection.
3. Organizing and structuring a range of materials and information to ensure efficient accessibility.
4. Generating comprehensive legal reports that systematize research outcomes.
5. Collaborating on the preparation of legal documents, such as website terms and conditions, privacy policies, cookies policies, disclaimers.
6. Reviewing international industry-specific agreements (e.g., MSAs, web development agreements, sponsorship agreements, advertising agreements, independent contractor agreements, etc.) to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring a combination of hard and soft skills, including:

• Self-organization and disciplined work approach.
• Structured thinking enabling you to analyze and systematize extensive data scopes.
• Proficiency in drawing logical conclusions from received data.
• Exceptional English legal writing skills.

Required Qualifications:

Your academic background and proficiency in the English language should encompass the following:

• Currently enrolled in at least the 3d (third) course of a law faculty.
• A strong mastery of legal English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level and higher. Please note that your written skills will be evaluated during the interview process.
