Duties:

• Receiving and processing of applications in the business tourism from VIP clients;
• Planning a package tour, preparation and execution of the proposal in the file;
• Turnkey organisation of tours, booking of hotels, restaurants, transfers, guides, tickets for any matches/concerts and much more;
• Conducting telephone negotiations and correspondence with suppliers, including foreign hotels, transfer companies, restaurants, guides, etc.
• Attracting new partners.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the tourism sector (resumes without work experience will not be considered);
• Work experience with VIP segment;
• Mandatory knowledge of suppliers and hotel reservation systems;
• Knowledge of tourist destinations, tourist package;
• Knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hebrew is welcome

Conditions:

• Work in the office from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, after 18:00 remotely online.
