Job description

Description: The Crewing Manager reports directly to the Management, assisting with the administrative tasks and maintain the entire fleet.

Responsibilities:

Primary function is to ensure effective day to day crew operation and crewing support.
Assists as a point of contact for all crew members 24 hours/7 days per week.
Conduct seafarer de-briefing, guidance on crew welfare, interview and final verification.
Keeps all crew member files updated, neat and organized internally in Database.
Visa and documentation handling.
Keeps the Payroll Department updated on new hires, resignations, etc.

Skills, Education Requirements:

Previous experience in either HR, compliance or a Marine background will be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of STCW, ISM & MLC is an advantage.
Must possess strong organizational abilities and be very detailed oriented.
Ability to prioritize tasks, and work in a fast pace environment.
Strong and professional oral and written English skills.
Neat and professional in appearance.

Time schedule:

From 0900AM till 1800PM

MON-FRI

Salary:

Depends on experience and interview results.
