Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager and Department Assistant to help improve our processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Researching and contacting brand suppliers
• Obtaining invoices from suppliers
• Preparing invoices for specific customer cases
• Onboarding new clients
• Advising customers on resolving issues
