We are a creative IT project related to the world of fiction, movies, comic books, and video games intertwined with modern technology — 3D modelling and 3D printing, and we are looking for a Community/Support-Manager to communicate with our English-speaking customers.

You will have an opportunity to learn something new about the movie and video game universes every day. Moreover, you will cooperate closely with the Marketing Department, which will allow you to compile a spectre of interesting tasks and grow professionally.

Superpowers we are looking for:

Fluency in the English language;
High level of writing literacy;
Extensive experience in resolving customer technical issues;
Proven track record of working with digital products;
Solid experience in e-commerce sector;

Superpowers we value:

Demonstrable experience in SMM;
Experience in working with an English-speaking environment would be an advantage;

Ability to work in a team and independently;
Willingness to help people, find an individual approach, and solve problems;

Knowledge of graphic design software would be an advantage;
Gaming experience and pop-culture knowledge would be an advantage.

Interesting work tasks that await you:

Communication with the customers via emails and the project’s social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.);
Managing the mechanics and running the activities on social media (quests, polls etc.);
Work with the website’s content;
Close cooperation with the Marketing Team.
