🌐 Source candidates on top job sites.
❄️ Conduct cold searches using Buling and X-ray technologies.
🖥️ Technical screening and initial interviews.
📋 Fill out the Candidate Checklist.
💻 Input data into our user-friendly CRM.

🎯 Requirements:

💼 Minimum 3 years of work experience.
📊 Experience with CRM Trello.
💻 High proficiency in PC skills and Google Sheets.
🎙️ Experience conducting technical interviews.
🌐 English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

🌍 Conditions:

⏰ Full-time, 10 AM to 7 PM.
🏡 Remote work from anywhere in the world.
💸 Salary paid twice a month: 15th and 30th.
💲 Fixed part — $250, (average income for meeting hiring goals — $2500).
