Customer support manager

Duties:

• Advising clients on the company’s products
• Reception and processing of customer requests
• Development and maintenance of mutually beneficial relations with clients
• Maintaining a client database and compiling reports

Requirements:

• English level C1
• exspirience with sales
• High sociability and communication skills with clients
• Willingness to work in a team and achieve joint results
• Readiness for business trips and work with a large amount of information
