Job description

Requirements:

Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in technology management.
Demonstrated expertise in managing IT systems, data security, and infrastructure.
Profound knowledge of Core Banking Systems, electronic payment systems, and SWIFT technology.
Strong understanding of banking operations and accounting principles.
Excellent SQL skills and the ability to effectively manipulate and analyze data.
Proficient programming skills in at least one programming language

Responsibilities:

Managing the IT department, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with business goals.
Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Finance, Product, etc.).
Managing relationships with partners and vendors.
Leading projects related to Core Banking System development and providing support for these systems.
Managing integrations with third-party providers, ensuring seamless technical collaborations.

Strategic thinker with a proven track record in implementing innovative tech solutions in the finance sector.

Experience with Metabase (or similar business intelligence tools) is a significant advantage, demonstrating an ability to leverage data analytics for business insights.
