Junior Data Specialist

Vacancysoft is the UK’s leading provider of labour market data and analytics. We provide high-grade lead generation, client intelligence, and market analysis solutions for Britain’s top recruitment industry firms and others.

Initially set up in 2006 as a bespoke market intelligence service, Vacancysoft since then evolved into a research-based publishing business processing countless jobs per week for clients, analyzing economic trends whilst incorporating our proprietary data to provide a unique perspective on the market.

We continue to work with many of the companies that saw the value of our data from the outset and have built from that initial platform to provide multiple ways to deliver insight and value to keep our clients one step ahead.

As a result of rapid and ongoing expansion, particularly in new markets, we are seeking to recruit a (full-time) Junior Data Specialist to join our team in Lviv

It is an Remote/Office based role, 9−17, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• research, analysis, and quality control of jobs and companies;
• simple data analysis;
• assist implementation of side projects;
• data entry;
• Clockify time tracking;
• team meetings and catch-ups;
• perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Intermediate (B1)/Upper Intermediate (B2) level in spoken and written English;
• Basic in the Ukrainian language;
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage;
• 1-year experience working in the field of research (data collection, data entry, etc.) will be considered an advantage.

Personal characteristics are also important for this role and we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate their soft skills in:
