Recruiter, Employer branding coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional to take ownership of recruitment and employer branding in our company.

This role has a clear focus, ensuring that our production units are consistently staffed with the right employees. It requires structure, initiative, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong cooperation with team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for production employees.
• Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Creating and publishing job advertisements.
• Managing and developing the company’s social media presence.
• Supporting onboarding of new employees.
• Working closely with department managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Contributing to a strong and professional employer image.

Profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Structured and self-driven.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently.
• Creative and confident in using social media platforms.
• English — spoken and written.
• Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage, but not required.
