Trainee/Junior/Middle UI/UX designer

Candidate We Are Seeking: We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and abilities:

• Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
• Understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and principles of user interface usability.
• Understanding of user psychology, target audience, and the specifics of product promotion.
• Ability to justify design decisions regarding specific tasks or projects.
• Responsibility, communicativeness, and attention to detail. Requirements:

• Search and creation of design concepts and mood boards.
• Working with vector and raster graphics.
• Animation and testing of design elements.
• Participation in UX research with users regarding innovations or changes in the visual part.
• Development of creative ideas for project implementation.
• Construction of UI/UX models and project prototypes.
• Development of a unified style for the company, website, program according to the technical task.
• Creation of effective visual design for user convenience.
• Implementation and realization of the entire technical part of the design, including research of the project’s sphere of activity, creation of user cards, navigation, UX (wireframes), UI, creation of a library of components, fonts, and colors, testing, analysis of results, and making adjustments.
• Conducting user behavior analysis on the website.
• Competitor analysis.
• Project reporting.
