Backend Developer PHP Laravel PostgreSQL

Motorsport Network, a leading independent voice in the motorsport and automotive industries, is in search of an experienced and dynamic PHP Developer for advertising solutions and marketing data collection. We invite you to join our professional Development Team to work full-time from our Dnipro office. Hybrid work will be available after the onboarding process.

As an ideal candidate, we expect the following:

• 2+ years of commercial experience using PHP Laravel Framework or a similar.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Extensive experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Solid understanding of version control with Git.
• Familiarity with additional technologies like Docker, Nginx, and Amazon Services is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude, coupled with a commitment to self-education.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Intermediate/Upper Intermediate level of English.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Automating manual data collection processes.
• Developing adapters to ensure consistent data formats from various providers.
• Utilizing Amazon Cloud Technologies such as EC2, RDS, S3/Glacier, and CloudFront.
• Implementing horizontal and vertical scaling.
• Working with search engines like Sphinx and Elastic Search.
• Involvement in payment systems and other related tasks.
