Job Title: Hotel Front Office Lady
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Front Office Lady with 3−5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate aged between 20 and 32, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assist guests professionally and courteously.
- Manage reservations, maintain an organized front desk area, and coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Provide administrative support, uphold hotel policies and procedures, and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- 3−5 years of experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and relevant computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
