• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Manage reservations, maintain an organized front desk area, and coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Provide administrative support, uphold hotel policies and procedures, and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

• 3−5 years of experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and relevant computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
