Logistics Driver Representative

At this point, Zelh is looking for a Dispatcher for our parking management company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop carrier relationships to support our customers effectively
• Send and Receive Rate Confirmations
• Track & Trace loads
• Coordinate inbound and outbound calling to carriers
• Utilize carrier analytics and other internal resources to make informed buying decisions
• Resolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the best course of action, and implementing solutions.
• Contact with carriers to determine availability and negotiate transportation rates
• Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to contracted carriers and internal customers
• Understand the technology platform and drive automation
• Leverage technology to secure carriers for customer shipments
• Study and understand market trends and seasonality
• Provide tracking and tracing information throughout the life of the order as required by the customer through communication with the carrier

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience
• Dispatching experience preferred
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others
• Container and Drayage experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment while also delivering independent results
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Strong organization skills, prioritization skills, and working with a sense of urgency.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as the ability and willingness to learn new software
• Speak and write in English fluently

Working conditions:

• Remote eligibility
• Work week schedule: Monday to Friday — 10 am to 7 pm EST. (17:00 — 02:00 Lviv time)
