ManyPixels provides graphic and web design services to SMEs, agencies, and marketing teams worldwide. For a monthly fee, our customers get direct access to our team of designers to work on different creative projects, such as digital graphics, web design, illustrations, branding, etc.

Our team is fully distributed across Europe and Asia, while most customers are in the US.

We have been around for 5+ years and have completed more than 150k projects for our clients.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a visionary CEO who can lead and manage all aspects of the business, stepping into the shoes of the current owner.

You will lead a well-functioning team of about 50 people across different functions (ops, sales, tech, and marketing). Middle management is already in place.

Besides managing the team and ensuring continuous operations, your primary objective will be launching new initiatives that move the business forward across the different functions:

• Sales & Marketing (35%): implement new marketing and sales strategies to generate demand across different channels (SEO, content, email, sale).
• Design Operations (35%): expand service offerings, implement new practices and team training based on the latest trends (AI?), improve customer retention.
• Tech/Development (20%): maintain custom portal, design and implement new features to improve customer experience, optimize infrastructure with the help of our development team.
• Admin (10%): payroll, payments, financials, accounting, taxes. etc.

ABOUT YOU

You are a natural leader with experience running and growing an online B2B service past $1m-$2m in revenue.

You could be someone who has run an agency in the past and is looking for more stability while still having an opportunity to share the upside, or you are a career operator with leadership experience in the space.

Most importantly, you have a successful track record in online marketing/sales and can help us unlock the next phase of growth.

Ideally, you have worked in the design industry before or have been a designer yourself in a previous life. If not, you at least know the basics and have a strong interest in learning more.

You are also self-driven and resourceful, with a strong bias toward action, and you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

You are a people person and have no trouble connecting with others.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in the agency space
• Experience developing and implementing profitable marketing and sales strategies
• Interest in graphic and web design, familiar with the tools and trends
• Experience in building and managing teams across different functions
• Tech-savvy, both with no-code tools and experience working with software developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with team members and our customers
