Event networking manager

A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a talented and skilled Network Lead to join our team and lead the planning and execution of events.Responsibilities: — Work as part of the team of event producers in the planning and delivery of our global events;

• Help create and produce a wide variety of activities at our events including conferences, VIP events, press conferences, and night events;
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans, and oversee their implementation;
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all event requirements are met;
• Find and present creative solutions to event requirements;
• Ensure that events are executed according to client specifications and company standards;
• Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts;
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. About You: — Master degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field;
• 4 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying sizes and complexity;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency in event management software;
