Product Manager (FinTech)

Purpose of the position:

The product owner is responsible for the fintech services and products (AIR Pay) that we create for our creators and integrate into our AIR Creators Ecosystem web platform.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the usage of AIR Pay services, identifying the needs and behavior patterns of users, collecting and analyzing feedback
• Formation of the AIR Pay services development strategy, coordination with the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring support and development of the product group in accordance with the strategy
• Analyzing the competitive environment and formalizing the product vision in accordance with the market situation
• Conducting Product Discovery and Prototyping: translating business requirements for new functionality into technical requirements for the IT and Design teams
• Integration of new/external products and services into existing ones and overall integration of services into the My AIR ecosystem;
• Testing and quality assurance: ensuring that the new functionality meets the defined requirements and quality standards
• Analyzing user data, generating reports and dashboards
• Building and maintaining infrastructure (product description, formalization of business processes, training materials/expertise, etc.)

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in IT or FinTech
• Product management experience: ability to define product development strategy, set priorities, plan releases and coordinate team work.
• Experience in managing product teams, organizing the work of various departments (IT, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
• Analytical and structural approach to the organization of processes, presentation of materials
• Knowledge of technology and market: adept at grasping technical product details and analyzing market trends, competitors, and user needs
• Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including developers, managers, customers, and other departments of the company
• Results-oriented: skilled at achieving product goals, managing risks, and quickly adapting to environmental changes
• Analytical skills: proficient in collecting and analyzing data to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Leadership skills: capable of influencing, motivating, and inspiring the team to reach common goals
• English level: B2+ or better

Preferred Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of how YouTube works, the digital industry, and trends.
• Experience with Saas/Media products.
• Experience with USA and Latin America markets.
