Job description

Main functional responsibilities:

  • participating and assisting in planning budgets;
  • calculating the salary & bonuses and preparing it for the final approval;
  • executing salaries, bonuses and payments to third-party service providers;
  • controlling of timely and quality month-end closing;
  • keeping up-to-date payment methods of employees and third-party service providers;
  • generating and requesting invoices;
  • keeping up to date all the necessary documentation and files;
  • coordinating the communication process with other departments to collect expenses/receipts or future payment requests on time;
  • calculating and preparing final commission reports;
  • reconciling numbers with other dashboards;
  • updating internal records with payment status;
  • managing the partners' details file;
  • assisting with searching new payment systems, checking conditions and filling documents/application forms.

The requirements:

  • basic higher education or undergraduate degree (bachelor, junior specialist degree) in accounting/auditing/economics;
  • work experience in accounting/auditing/analysis 2−3+ years;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to liaise successfully with all levels of management and team members both internally and externally;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English knowledge;
  • strong skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets.

Will be a plus:

  • experience working with Quickbooks or any other related software;
  • experience working in the IT/marketing field.
