This entry-level position for anyone who loves IT and wants to learn more about technology and e-commerce transactions. You will learn how transactions flow in the e-commerce world and how to monitor and troubleshoot them. Access to state-of-the-art technology and training provided on day one. Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
• Experience in any IT field is a big plus;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues;
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Including Pivot Tables and VLookup
• Excellent written and communication skills;
• Basic understanding of client-server applications work;
• Organized and passionate to learn new things
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Technology or related field.
• Ability to work US business time
