Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, attracting and recruiting front-end and back-end developers.
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for candidates across multiple platforms including online portals, social media, databases and other resources.
• Interviewing and evaluating candidates based on their technical knowledge and skills.
• Writing recruitment progress reports, analysing the effectiveness of sourcing methods and suggesting improvements.
• Interacting with management and company departments to identify staffing needs and ensure quality recruitment.
