Learning And Development Specialist

Requirements:

• Experience in L&D from 2 years
• Experience in developing Policies and procedures in the field of training and personnel development
• Experience in administering incoming requests for employee training from departments and their initial processing, incl. search for a solution (internally or externally) and budget optimization
• Orientation in the market of training services in Ukraine and Poland
• Generating reports on projects and team tasks, budget and other issues for the L&D director
• Advanced user of Ms Office, Zoom, Google tools
• experience working with Jira and corporate electronic libraries
• English not lower than B2
• Assistance to the LnD team in preparing interactive training formats (for example, editing and voice-over of training videos)
• Experience in LMS

Areas of responsibility:

• Participation in the development of Policies and procedures in the field of personnel training and development
• Administration of the L&D section in the corporate knowledge base
• Administration of incoming requests for employee training in Jira from departments and their initial processing, incl. search for a solution (internally or externally) and cost optimization
• Search and selection of providers in the training services market according to the requests of internal clients, conducting initial negotiations with them
• Support of internal training programs (schedule, invitations to participants, organization of workshops, etc.)
• Generating reports on projects and team tasks, budget and other issues for L&D and HR directors and other stakeholders
