Contact Center Representative

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative for one of our clients. ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers by email and telephone (inbound and outbound).
• Update all customer information on all CRM and dealership tools as needed.
• Responsible for handling all internet leads and incoming phone calls.
• Set appointments for customers that are looking to purchase vehicles.
• Maintain all records for following up on various internet leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries on all media platforms.
• Ability to make 80−100 outbound calls per day.
• Communicate with management for all potential customer issues and/or problems.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Experience in handling phone calls is advantageous
• English level — B2+
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills — knowledge of using Google Suite/Apps will be an asset.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
