Local General Manager

Due to active growth, a company that is involved in financial concierge for businesses across the world is looking for a Local General Manager to join its team.

Do you have 4+ years of similar experience of work in a financial institution?

• Your responsibilities will include: Manage the business, including organizing all daily business processes;
• Manage a local team and, if necessary, hire new employees;
• Support the overall corporate risk assessment program to identify and mitigate ML/TF risks;
• Register with Wallester AS, prepare the company for card issue;
• Open bank accounts in Polish banks;
• Supervise local accountants, organize accounting and regular financial reporting;
• Complete work on the business plan;
• Add the company’s activities to the KNF;
• Accompany and assist in the application for a full domestic license;
• Provide reports.
