Finance, Administration Specialist (m/f/d) (Demining Systems)

In order to expand our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, we are looking for you as:

Finance & Administration Specialist (m/f/d) | Demining Systems

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, banking & credit cards, accounts receivable, and tax liabilities
• Analyze ongoing project financial transactions and prepare monthly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee and direct the management of all project-related facilities owned or rented
• Support management and Group Finance with intra-group transactions, invoicing and other finance topics
• Liaise with external accountancy on financial policies and procedures

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or accounting
• Solid experience providing financial, administrative, and business support for a Ukrainian enterprise
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach and collaborative mindset
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
