CUSTOMER QUALITY SPECIALIST

Who we are looking for

To our team we would like to welcome a colleague who is comfortable being in daily contact with customers, can make independent decisions, and has experience in customer quality.

What to expect

• Communicating with customers to satisfy their requirements.
• Monitoring customer requirements.
• Resolving and analysing complaints.
• The job also includes administration — working with customer portals (8D, KPIs/evaluations, manuals, standards,…) filling in reports or reports from regular internal audits.
• Organisation and participation in customer visits to Maier CZ (audits, visits, complaint follow-up)

What knowledge and skills you should have

• For this position, we are looking for a person with a university degree (technical background an advantage) or a high school degree with work experience in the field.
• Familiar with quality tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, …).
• You have experience in a manufacturing environment and dealing with customers.
• We need you to speak English at least at B2 level.
• User knowledge of MS Office is essential, we will train you to work with internal systems.
• You enjoy negotiating, are communicative and caring.

It will be an advantage if

• You are familiar with the automotive industry environment
