Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our agency and contributing to the success of our clients. You’ll leverage your foundational marketing knowledge and analytical mindset to create, implement, and refine innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help establish a Digital Marketing Agency from the ground up.
- Create and add content to the company’s WordPress website.
- Use modern Martech technologies (including ChatGPT and G-Suite services) to design and execute marketing strategies for European SMBs.
- Develop engaging content using advanced AI tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing concepts.
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on performance.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- At least confident Intermediate English proficiency.
- Full proficiency in Ukrainian.
- russian language skills are not required.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or senior-year student in Mathematics, Physics, Cybernetics, Systems Analysis, or Marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, logical formulas, charts).
- Ability to work with large data sets and conduct statistical analysis.
- Experience writing prompts for ChatGPT.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Quick learner, capable of understanding and implementing new tools and technologies.
- Marketing Skills:
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts such as the marketing funnel, customer digital journey, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Value Proposition Canvas, 4P marketing mix, etc
- Basic experience or knowledge of the modern marketing stack.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and Excel is a plus
- Experience working with social medias is a plus
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for data trends and patterns.
