Job description

ASAP Warehouse (https://asapwarehouse.us/) the US professional prep and fulfillment center is seeking for Costumer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via email, Telegram, WhatsApp,
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and accounts receivable status,
Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely,
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure that all payments are accounted for and processed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer support, accounts receivable, or a similar role,
Experience as a financier or economist,
Attention to detail and meticulousness in financial accounting!
