Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with financial operations and reporting: gathering data from various company departments, processing payments, etc.
  • Preparing reports and other documents.
  • Creation of post-meeting reports with recording of important information and decisions made (meeting minutes).
  • Travel coordination and assistance
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering office materials.
  • Maintaining relationships with company clients and partners via email and phone communication
  • Assist in coordinating office facilities maintenance, and supplies procurement to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • English Level: Upper-intermediate or higher
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in administrative or similar roles is a plus.
