Job description
«Biosphere» Corporation in one of its directions in the Fashion industry «Charisma Fashion Group», which is the official representative of famous European brands (Jacadi, Herno, CP Company, P.A.R.O.S.H., Gran Sasso, Jacob Cohen, Golden Goose, Premiata Sergio Rossi, Casadei) in the premium segment in Ukraine and Poland
Invites an Аssistant Director to his team
Main tasks for the candidate:
- Planning the manager’s working day (keeping a calendar, organizing internal meetings, etc.)
- Conducting electronic correspondence and telephone conversations with foreign partners
- Receives and accompanies business partners.
- Drafting letters, inquiries, preparing answers to incoming correspondence
- Recruitment of sales staff and office staff
- Provides support and assistance to the manager in organizing corporate holidays and events
- Ensures document management
- Maintenance of office functioning
We expect you to have:
- Higher Education
- At least 3 years of experience as a secretary/assistant manager/recruiter
- Knowledge of the English language is not lower than Intermediate
- Competent written and oral communication, ability to work in multitasking mode, responsible attitude to work
- Responsibility, ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Confident knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Discipline, good communication and organizational skills, ability and desire to work in a team.
