Job description

Job Title: Senior SDR/GTM Strategy Coach

Why is this position open?

This position is open to enhance our company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies by incorporating well-crafted content and coaching our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to effectively execute outbound campaigns.

What is expected from the person?

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of crafting content aligned with Go-to-Market strategies. You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring SDRs and providing constructive feedback
  • Writing lead generation email and LinkedIn campaigns based on GTM strategies
  • Assisting newbies with their first campaigns as needed
  • Occasionally engaging with clients through calls
  • Collaborating with the Senior Team to create the best GTM strategies
  • Participating in (and ideally leading in the future) GTM Strategy Hackathons for the team

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in content writing
  • Experience with Go-to-Market strategies (approximately 1 year)
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level)
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Coachability and ability to self-educate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Proficiency in using the Clay tool for outreach campaigns

Timezone:

  • Ukraine (Kyiv) (open to discuss)

How is the work organized?

  • Freelance (10−15 hours per week) or Full-time (to be discussed)
  • Hourly rate with Toptal tracker ($15-$20)
  • Possible bonuses for results (increased retention rate and interested replies rate) — to be discussed

Team and Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Senior Team (CEO, Advisor, CCO/Sales Manager)
  • Coaching and collaborating with mentees (30−50 people)
