    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team 100% remotely. The project is a New York home care agency, organizing a full cycle of home care services for elderly and disabled people. You will play a crucial role in expanding company services, building a robust referral network and strategic partnerships, and developing business in areas where we are establishing new locations as well as enhancing our presence in areas where we already have locations, all while helping the company achieve its strategic growth goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong ability to make independent decisions, manage teams, and drive strategic business growth aligned with our company’s goals.

    The skills we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in the field.
    • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
    • Understanding of marketing strategies and how they integrate with business development initiatives.Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships.
    • Spoken and written English proficiency
    • Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
    • Experience organizing and participating in community and promotional events.
    • Your own computer and access to the internet.

    What is the work schedule:

    Mon-Fri 9:00 am — 5:00 pm. The first month is considered as a training/probation period with a part-time workload Mon-Fri 9 am — 1 pm. All hours are according to New York time zone

    What would be your responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop our marketing team, including social media and outreach specialists, by participating in the hiring process for key hires and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence. Additionally, lead and support a team of outreach specialists, overseeing schedules, monitoring progress with leads, and ensuring productivity and effectiveness in acquiring new clients.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure participation in community events and gain potential referrals.
    • Exercise independent judgment to create and implement strategies for introducing new services that complement and expand our current offerings, influencing the growth and direction of the agency.
    • Research, organize, and participate in various promotional events such as fairs, festivals, and conferences to enhance agency visibility, develop relationships, and acquire new clients.
    • Work closely with upper management, Marketing, and Intake Departments to ensure that business development strategies are integrated with overall marketing and sales activities and aligned with the company’s strategy.
    • Forge and manage strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and improve referral networks. In partnership with the HR department, promote the agency’s mission and values in all business development activities while developing and implementing strategies and activities to enhance the agency’s brand identity and effectively promote its mission and values.
    • Assist in budgeting and ensure efficient allocation and use of resources in business development.
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
    • Perform other related duties as needed to support the overall effectiveness of the business development efforts.
