    Job description

    Vacancy with a high level of English proficiency, including remote evening working hours.

    The ideal candidate should have experience in Appliance Repair / HVAC / Electrician services in the United States.

    Main Job responsibilities:

    • Introduce new working methods in the office, SRM systems.
    • Search for new lead sources and negotiate contracts.
    • Train the team and call center staff
    • Work with company instructions, improve them, and create new ones.
    • Create various types of reports based on the company’s work and work with tables.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum C1 level of English proficiency.
    • Experience in personnel management.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other CRM systems.

    Working conditions:

    • Remote work.
    • Night hours may be required, Monday — Friday
    • Salary to be determined based on the results of the interview.
