Job description

Conditions:

• This is an Independent Contract •Remote • Monday to Friday 8−5 pm EST Canada

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Filter candidate’s resumes and conduct interviews
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Assist in performance management processes
Prepare job offers and contracts for the candidates
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (you will be working with American employees and other nationalities)
at least 1 year of experience in Recruiting or HR
Good organizational skills, technical skills, communication skills
Have used or at least know ATS, Microsoft 365, Hubstaff, RingCentral, Indeed,LinkedIn,Ziprecruiter
Must have Computer/Laptop, Headset, Good Camera, and minimum internet speed of 30mbps
