Job description

We are seeking a skilled IT Lawyer to join our legal team. Your primary responsibilities will include creating contracts, providing legal counsel on IT-related matters, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property rights and payment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting and Review: Create and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to IT services, partnerships, and transactions.
  • Legal Counsel: Provide legal advice and guidance on IT-related issues, including intellectual property rights, data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, negotiations, and settlements related to IT contracts, services, and partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams in Poland, Portugal, and Israel to ensure consistent legal practices and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on IT, intellectual property, payment regulations, and emerging legal issues affecting the industry.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2−5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on IT companies and contracts. Knowledge of labor law.
  • Contract Creation: Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills are required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with legal professionals across different regions.
