KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.
For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Data Management Group Coordinator.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintenance of bills of material (BOM) for critical parts for product families based on information from development core teams.
- Maintenance of routings based on the new concept in cooperation with the local DMG team and the local production planning.
- Support in the master data maintenance for the global spare parts management in alignment with the local DMG teams.
- Execute knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is created to enable the sustainability of services.
- Develop thorough knowledge transfer framework and ensure documentation is delivered to enable sustainability of services.
- Maintenance of material and equipment master data for the different use cases.
- Maintenance of BOMs, routings and maintenance plans with the related structures as work centers, capacities, etc.
- Support of the global master data quality control based on control reports (completion, actuality, potential deviations, material usage) .
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education.
- Native in Ukrainian, fluent English (written and spoken, all stages of the interview in English).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of SAP MM/PP modules.
- Practical experience in a mass production facility, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance of material master data, BOM, routings in ERP systems.
- Technical experience with production master data maintenance (at shared services).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good time management.
- Strong in process documentation.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
