Job description
Vacancy: Secretary/assistant in an advertising company
We, Pinha Limited, are looking for an energetic and organized person to fill the position of Secretary/ Assistant in our advertising company. We specialize in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns and process automation.
Duties:
- Providing organizational and administrative support for the company’s business processes
- Performing various tasks related to the management of advertising campaigns
- Correspondence and processing of incoming and outgoing documentation
- Performing auxiliary tasks
Requirements:
- Fast learning skills of new processes and the ability to summarize them
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with different people
- Ability to work with documents and process information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities
- Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage for this position, but not required
