Job description

PayAdmit is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager;
  • Experience in managing several projects simultaneously (fintech projects are a priority);
  • Experience in managing a marketing team of five people and more;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of work of all areas of marketing (SEO, SMM, link building, PR, email marketing, content marketing).

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing department management;
  • Strategic and tactical planning of the department for the month, quarter, and year;
  • Department sprint planning;
  • Communication and search for outsourced performers;
  • Checking and monitoring the performance of tasks by employees of the department;
  • Work with Google analytics and conversion optimization;

participation in the development of company projects;

  • Submitting reports to the manager.

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00;
  • Remote work;
  • We provide all the necessary tools for your successful and comfortable work;
  • Learning English at the expense of the company;
  • Ability to switch between projects and try yourself in different roles.
