Our Requirements:

• Experience in the tourism industry.
• Knowledge of geography and popular tourist destinations.
• Proficient in using the MerlinX and Blue Vendo reservation systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure.
• Interpersonal skills and commitment to achieving tasks and goals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and efficiently organize one’s own work.

Working Conditions:

• Accommodation and meals will be provided
• fix salary 800 Euro + commission

Duties:

TASKS OF REP:

• Provide assistance and customer service to guests represented by Danaos at hotels
• Organize information meetings at the hotels and make excursions and activity presentations
• Provide information’s about the destination
• Effect excursions and car rental sales
• Handling customers complaints
• Inform clients about departure transfer procedure
• Liaison with reservation and operation department

TASKS OF EXCURSION ESCORT:

• Guiding/escorting excursions and give information’s about the destination
• Liaison with excursion department

TASKS OF AIRPORT REP:

• Prepare welcome letters
• Meet & greet assistance upon arrival & departure
• Liaison with transfer department
