Job description

Cargill is announcing the search for Associate Lawyer position.

The Associate Lawyer is independently responsible for managing routine legal affairs for one or more business functions with routine business issues. In this role, you will review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and administer legal affairs. This professional will also work with the cases within corporate and labour law, with regulatory, licenses and permits.

Key Accountabilities:

Contract law (drafting and reviewing procurement contracts).
Corporate law (changes to statutory documents, shareholders' meetings, registrations, delegation of powers).
Labour law (providing legal advice).
Regulatory, Licenses & Permits (providing legal advice)
Drafting claims and litigation pleadings for review by a lawyer.
Records management.
Working with notary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Full working proficiency in English (Advanced level is preferred)
Accuracy, attentiveness, agility, ability to work under pressure, ability to handle multiple tasks, persistent drive for results
