Are you a proactive and engaging individual with a passion for building online communities?

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our team and foster meaningful interactions with ouraudience across digital platforms. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships,driving engagement, and enhancing brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
Manage and grow the online community across social media platforms, forums, and other channels.
Create and maintain community guidelines and ensure they are followed.
Respond to community members in a timely manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
Organize and manage events to build community and boost brand awareness (e.g., webinars, onlinemeetups).
Monitor community feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community engagement withbroader company goals.
Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.

Languages: English C1, both verbally and written.

Other European languages highly appreciated.
