Nick’s Window Cleaning is a reputable cleaning company known for our exceptional services and commitment to customer satisfaction. Since our establishment over a decade ago, we became a leader in the Canadian market and gained over 14K happy customers.
For now, we are looking for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT who will join our team.
We will offer:
- Salary: 700$;
- After several months of work, we will consider the option of increasing your salary through bonuses;
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9am to 6pm, Kyiv time;
- Remote work format;

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- Conversational and written English: Upper Intermediate.
Your main responsibilities:
- Systematic management of various tasks (personal and work);
- Monitor the work of all employees and contractors on projects;
- Creation and maintenance of plans, reports, protocols, documents;
- Organization of meetings, calls;
- Systematization, optimization and description of business processes.
