Job description

Perfsol is the outsource IT company that is a member of InSoft.Partners group of companies. We are looking for an ambitious Junior Finance Manager to join our team of professionals.

Our ideal candidate:

  • is a final-year student or a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Economics or Finance (of Kyiv School of Economics or Kyiv-Mohyla Academy would be an advantage);
  • has a profound theoretical knowledge of financial disciplines;
  • has a good understanding of budgeting and reporting processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to international standards;
  • knows how to create financial models in spreadsheets;
  • if you obtained practical experience at The Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC) for up to 1 year — it would be a plus;
  • possesses confident communication skills — Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher;
  • is able to communicate with the foreign banks;
  • has a willingness to learn and cooperate with experienced colleagues;

You are expected to:

  • prepare reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
  • create financial models in spreadsheets;
  • implement budgeting, company profitability indicators, and forecasting;
  • actively communicate with international banks and counter-agents;
  • make calls and lead correspondence;
  • work on the development of the financial toolset;
  • assist with tax planning and documentation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of sole proprietorships (simplified taxation system, group 3 (5%)) — payment of taxes, filing of reports, advice on business activities and taxation.
  • Accrual and payment of compensation to contractors (40+ people);
  • Accumulation of expense/input documents for the Estonian company in a separate file (monthly).
