Litigation Department

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Representation of clients' interests before state bodies;

• Participation in local/regional/international projects as a member of the team;

• Analysis of the Ukrainian Law and International Law;

• Review of the Ukrainian case law;

• Development of legal strategy;

• Drafting of the necessary procedural documents;

• Representation of clients in court.

Requirements:

• Degree in law at the reputable state university (LLM is a plus);

• Admittion to the bar in Ukraine (attorney's license).

• At least 3 years of work experience in reputable local or international law firm;

• Good knowledge of Ukrainian substantive and procedural law;

• Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 3 years) on the wide variety of issues, experience of representing clients' interests in international arbitration institutions is a plus;

• Brilliant drafting skills;

• Fluent spoken and written legal and business English is a must;

• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Outlook;

• Strong time management and organizational skills;

• Resilience and tenacity — able to remain effective and focused under pressure;

• Results-driven personality;

• Confidence to interact at all levels;

• Team player.
