Jobsphera LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team!
Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (running pre-screening interviews) in order to provide qualified candidates to our clients.
You will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers' IT and IT-related business positions.
Responsibilities
Sourcing & pipelining candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
- Organize candidates into specific talent categories (pipeline), by using inbound and outbound methods.
- Handling clear resume reviews
- Running phone / zoom pre-screening meetings
- Conducting and running interviews with our clients
- Reference checks (when required)
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates by communicating with the intention of placing candidates with prospective employers
- Maintain relationships with the candidate community for referrals, and public outreach on behalf of JobSphera LLC
- Field questions from candidates on the JobSphera LLC delivery process and guide them through staffing cycle
- Follow up with candidates routinely
