Job description
The Role — As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and recruiting highly qualified professionals for our project in the gray vertical. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong network of candidates to meet our talent acquisition needs. Your expertise in assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit will be essential in ensuring successful placements.
Key Skills
- 1+ years experience in recruiting;
- Experience with mass hiring;
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Strategic Talent Matching;
- Decision-making and negotiation skills;
- Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
What You’ll Do
- Source and identify potential candidates using diverse channels;
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews;
- Cultivate and manage a diverse talent pool through networking;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions;
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent;
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Coordinate and oversee the interview process, including scheduling, and offer negotiation, onboarding;
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruiting team;
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve recruitment processes and best practices.
